Ephrata Youth Wrestling Registration 2026-27
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE FILLING OUT THIS FORM:
If you have more than one wrestler, a separate form must be filled out for each.
Cost & Fees
- Kindergarten & 1st grade: $75 per child
- 2nd thru 6th grades: $150 per child
- Additional sibling (K-6th grade): $75
- Singlet deposit: $50 (Refundable at the end of the season, provided the singlet is returned on time and in good condition).
Payment Details
Payment will be due the first practice! If payment has not been submitted, your child cannot practice until payment is taken care of.
We will accept cash, PayPal, and checks made payable to Ephrata Wrestling Parent Association. If bringing cash, please bring the exact amount as we will not be able to make change.

Singlets & Equipment
Singlets will be issued during a practice in mid-December. Date TBD. Each singlet requires the $50 refundable deposit.
Practice Schedule
- Grades 2–6: Practices will typically be Mon./Tues./Thurs. or Tues./Thurs. depending on which wrestling level your child is placed.
- Kindergarten & 1st Grade: Practices will typically be on Mondays.
- Note: If there is no school, there is no practice on that day.
Important Dates:
- 2nd–6th Grade First Practice: Tuesday, November 17, 2026 @ 6:00pm (Mandatory parent meeting Tuesday, December 1 @ 6:15pm)
- K–1st Grade First Practice: Monday, December 7, 2026 @ 6:00pm (Mandatory parent meeting at this practice)
